What awaits you – 100% Good Energy

• Project development of our Dutch ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, from securing the land to obtaining planning permission
• Identification and acquisition of suitable plots of land and photovoltaic projects in the development stage for ground-mounted photovoltaic systems in the Netherlands, from establishing contacts to signing contracts
• Examination and evaluation of inquiries for photovoltaic projects in the development stage as well as the data rooms for ground-mounted photovoltaic systems
• Analyzing the Dutch market and challenges in the various areas of greenfield development in the Netherlands and developing potential strategies for our projects
• Exchange with local authorities and communities and establishment of a network to promote local dialog in a spirit of partnership
• Representing SENS at public appearances and presenting our project plans to various stakeholders (municipal stakeholders / administration / landowners)
• Independent coordination of our Dutch development partners and all other project participants consisting of engineers, project, contract and transaction managers
• Negotiation and processing of project development contracts to secure the necessary services with an international development partner
• Managing and optimizing projects from an economic, contractual, technical and time perspective
• Preparation of internal decision papers for investment decisions
