Würzburg - The wine metropolis of lower Franconia

The capital of the Bavarian district of Lower Franconia offers plenty of nature, art and culture as well as one thing above all: good wine!
Würzburg is one of the most beautiful wine regions in the whole of Germany. Embedded in numerous vineyards, Würzburg enjoys around 2000 hours of sunshine every year. This means that our SENS headquarters are practically at the source of Good Energy!

SENS subsidiary OPTENDA GmbH

Our
location
in Stuttgart

OPTENDA GmbH, based in Stuttgart, is a wholly owned subsidiary of SENS.

True to the name OPTENDA - OPTimize ENergy by DAta - the experts in energy management and optimisation start wherever energy is consumed.

The aim is to make all energy flows transparent so that only as much energy is consumed as is actually needed. The most important tools for this are the in-house developed software solutions for energy and CO2-management, with which the team of almost 20 people in Stuttgart supports its customers from industry, trade and commerce as well as cities and local authorities in saving energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Stuttgart - The city in a cauldron

The Baden-Württemberg city of Stuttgart is primarily known in Germany for its automotive industry. Not far from here, the city has other wonderful sights to offer, such as the old castle, which is one of the main attractions in the centre of the city, the State Gallery and the Bad Cannstatt spa gardens.
There are also two major public festivals held here twice a year - the Cannstatter Wasen and the Spring Festival, which are the second most famous in Germany after the Oktoberfest in Munich.

Between world market leaders and hidden champions: As a business metropolis, Stuttgart is a city in which the industrial environment is constantly evolving at the pulse of innovation - and we are right in the middle of it!
