What awaits you – 100% Good Energy
- Identify, evaluate and acquire suitable PV projects, including land scouting and project rights acquisition, for the development of ground-mounted PV power plants in Europe and worldwide, from origination to contract closing
- Manage independently our international acquisition activities and relevant project teams, including project developers, legal advisors, potential offtakers and lenders, contract and transaction managers
- Originate and implement project and market entry strategies
- Manage and optimize the commercials, timelines and contracts related to acquisitions and projects in development
- Evaluate and advise on incoming PV project offers and co-development opportunities for potential acquisition and partnership
- Manage and submit potential PV projects / portfolios, market entries and development partnerships for investment decisions to meet set targets
- Draft and negotiate PV project-related contracts, including share purchase agreements, project development agreements, financing and offtake agreements, to ensure project success and minimize risks
- Analyze market data and trends to identify strategic potential and business opportunities
- Leverage existing strong network and expand on it via industry events and conferences to bring upside to and improve our commercial position in relevant markets globally
- Originate, lead and support the establishment of additional markets for the development of greenfield and co-developed projects for PV, BESS and other sustainable technologies
You bring with you – 100% You
- Degree in the field of renewable energy, industrial or environmental engineering, economics, business administration or a comparable course of study or vocational training
- At least 5 years of industry experience in the development, management and acquisition of photovoltaic projects, and market entries in Europe and worldwide
- Strong international network of developers, lenders, offtakers, service providers and other industry players active in the PV sector
- Very good written and spoken English
- German and other languages are a plus
- Market knowledge and vast network in the solar and renewables industries
- Assumption of project and market responsibility
- Ability to work independently
- Business development and financial acumen
- Strong negotiating skills and an assertive, commercially-minded approach
- Networking skills for enabling business development and client relationships
- Organizational talent with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Willingness to travel
