Description
The completion of the EGA solar park, with a total output of 30 MWp, marks further progress for SENS in the expansion of photovoltaics in Spain. The PV plant in the Spanish desert of Tabernas will produce more than 60,000 MWh of renewable energy per year thanks to the high solar radiation. This plant alone will reduce CO2 emissions by more than 19,000 tonnes in the future.
EGA represents the third completed project by SENS Ibérica within the Tinosa pipeline: 2021, the La Cabrita solar park (50 MWp) and the La Serrata substation (280 MWA) were already completed.
