"Looks like a SENSational future - become a SENSineer" - under this motto, interested applicants will be made aware of SENS and the various benefits of the company. In international project business, every day is unique. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute their own ideas and take responsibility. Not only professional development but also personal development of the employees matter at SENS.
In everyday work, the "SENSineers" may use various offers to support their work-life balance. These include flexible working hours, evening yoga classes and weekly sporting events as part of the company’s certified health management. A good diet is equally important: healthy meals, freshly prepared by the cook, fresh fruit twice a week and free water contribute to a healthy and balanced diet in the workplace. A fair and appreciative approach is a matter of course for the company which was honoured with the german award Top Employer 2019.
