GILDEMEISTER energy solutions becomes SENS - STEAG Solar Energy Solutions
Finally the time has come: As of July 1st, 2019, GILDEMEISTER energy solutions is officially renamed STEAG Solar Energy Solutions with the brand name SENS. The STEAG group subsidiary STEAG Energy Services GmbH (SES), with its headquarter in Essen, is taking over GILDEMEISTER energy solutions from DMG MORI AG.
The launch of the new brand is themed "If it fits perfectly, it makes SENS". We’ve been looking for a parent company that considers the expansion of renewable energy as an essential part of their corporate strategy. This partner has now been found in STEAG energy services GmbH. "SENS wants to conquer one of the most sustainable markets and not stop at today's success," explains SENS CEO André Kremer. "Rather, the existing know-how and the growth potential of the well-functioning team should be used to further expand national and international business."
The new international partner wants to further strengthen its expertise in the field of photovoltaics and thus fits in perfectly with the Würzburg solar expert. Together with the new investor, synergies and diverse project opportunities arise. "We are looking forward to work with STEAG to extend our service and product portfolio and make it even more attractive. But what’s most important for our customers is the fact that the team and all contact persons stay the same, "says Kremer.
The Würzburg based company gives change a major boost by introducing a new ERP system, optimising and digitalising processes and structures and supporting a certified health management. Last but not least, a modern, open and trusting working atmosphere gives employees freedom and creative leeway. All of the above form the foundation of success now and in the future.
