A family environment: mentoring programme
To make your start as easy as possible, we have a tried and tested mentoring programme. For the perfect start to your job, a mentor will support you during the initial phase. This colleague will accompany you during your first year at the company. This will give you the opportunity to quickly familiarise yourself with our processes and get to know the company across the various departments, because cooperation among colleagues is particularly important to us!
