Grid Stabilisation

Grid Stabilisation:

The so-called network stability is decisive for a functioning power supply: in order to ensure a reliable power supply, power generation and consumption must be in balance. It is important that voltage and mains frequency are stable. Since power grids are subject to certain voltage fluctuations, technical equipment is required to stabilize the grid in order to keep the voltage as constant as possible. For this purpose, photovoltaic systems can be used as grid-stabilizing systems, especially in the medium-voltage range.
