- You will be responsible for setting up claims management and for interdisciplinary dialogue, particularly with the Quality Management department
- You process incoming and outgoing claims, if necessary with the involvement of external legal advisors
- You drive forward the further development and standardisation of processes and documentation for claim management
- You prioritise risks according to economic and legal consequences
- You support the specialist departments with regard to claim management as well as in the preparation of contracts and their review for warranty issues
- You take over the central warranty processing
- You create analyses and take over the training of stakeholders to prevent additional claims in the future
You bring with you – 100% You
- Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, law or comparable qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman (preferably energy technology, alternatively industrial engineering or electrical engineering)
- Relevant experience in the area of claim or contract management
- Several years of experience in the construction management of large-scale projects, ideally in the field of photovoltaics
- Assertiveness and confident demeanour
- Good communication skills with high social competence
- Strong ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills and independent working style
- Very good German language skills are required (C2) and very good written and spoken English skills are an advantage (C1)
