- You are responsible for maintaining an overview of the existing and potential portfolio and its performance (historical and planned)
- You evaluate the financial and technical performance (e.g. return profile, technical KPIs, project progress, performance ratio)
- You maximise the value of your own assets
- You conduct risk management and evaluation to derive diversification strategies
- You provide schedules that synchronise the dimensions of development, construction, risk assessment (e.g. based on due diligence) and capital procurement
- You create project budgets and liquidity requirements from investor oversight
- You are responsible for ensuring a smooth handover of the project between phases (from PD to EPC, from EPC to O&M, from overall project management to asset management)
- You act as a point of contact for all stakeholders (banks, investors, advisors, internal teams) and ensure the seamless flow of information between all parties involved throughout the project financing process
You bring with you – 100% You
- Completed studies in the field of financial management, finance or comparable studies with an analytical background
- Several years of professional experience in the field of project finance or investment in renewable energies in an international environment
- Sound knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Confident with financial software and MS Excel; knowledge of BI tools is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in an understandable way
- Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Reliable, systematic and independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English (level C2), other foreign languages desirable
